Tales and Trails

The senses, being explorers of the world, open the way to knowledge. Our apparatus for educating the senses offers the child a key to guide his explorations of the world.

A Parent-accompanied Programme

Suitable for toddlers between 1-2 years old, Tales and Trails is a parent-accompanied programme that aims to connect parent, child, and nature. In line with children’s development at this age, parent and child will engage in sensorial outdoor experiences inspired by beloved children’s stories.

This programme integrates various aspects of a child’s development including motor skills, sensory stimulation, and creativity and imagination, with the appreciation of and love for the natural environment.

Together may we give our children the roots to grow and the wings to fly.

Children love stories. They love story telling, imaginative play, and the feeling of comfort that they get listening to familiar stories. We want to build on this love for language and literacy at a young age with authentic experiences to provide children with opportunities to interact and make connections with themselves, parents, others around them, and with the environment. We believe that being outdoors offers these and so much more! Our curriculum is based on children’s stories in both English and Mandarin, integrated with a variety of sensory-rich experiences in music, art, and creative movement - all while in nature!
